Log Home division of Lively Custom Homes, LLC offers precut log home
packages for the do-it-yourselfers or the professional contractor. Each package is designed not only to
accommodate your living requirements, but also your expertise level of
construction.
Choose from
air-dried or kiln-dried Eastern White Pine, kiln-dried Southern Yellow Pine or Cypress logs, with log
profiles including D-shaped, Dbl Round, Dovetail or Swedish Cope. Packages can include only the precut logs
with hardware or can include all of the materials necessary for a completed
weather-tight structure.
Our design
service will assist you with your plan layout or you can submit your own plans
and ideas for development. Stock plans
are available, but we find that most clients have their own ideas of what they
want and we help to build from that.
Floor
systems are conventionally built and designed to support the perimeter logs and
interior post loads. Roof systems can be
conventionally built, timbered with built up insulation layers or timbered with
SIPs (structural insulated panels).
